ILM Highland installed seven new bring banks to improve access to electrical recycling in rural areas, collecting 42 tonnes of electricals. Of these, 7.91 tonnes were refurbished and sold through their retail shop, enabling 219 households to access affordable second-hand electricals. The project supported digital inclusion and strengthened community engagement. Bring banks will remain in place, with plans to open a new retail location and launch a repair café to expand reuse and repair opportunities.
